    School Celebration in Peru

    NPH Haiti's 16 street schools provide 4,000 children with a daily meal and an education. The first NPH home in South America, NPH Peru does not have its own school yet. The children attend a public school in the village of Lunahuaná. In late May, the school celebrated its 44th anniversary. The pequeños participated in all the activities and NPH was praised on different occasions.

    Ongoing Food Crisis Relief Efforts

    NPH Haiti's 16 street schools provide 4,000 children with a daily meal and an education. Dramatic increases in food prices in Haiti have made it even harder for many people to survive. Supported by Friends of the Orphans, NPH is caring for the children at its orphanage and hospital, and helping thousands of others as well.
